After a daring escape from their alien kidnappers, a group of young humans must navigate an alien culture, avoid capture by the authoritarian Order and find the resources to return to Earth. On the run and out of resources, they are confronted with an impossible choice—live as fugitives in an alien culture or return to the deadly guantlets in a desperate bid to win their freedom.
